We created this Healing Space for attendees of Shay’s Warriors Life After Cancer Retreat at the Ritz Carlton in Rancho Mirage. The vision: create a “warm hug” - in an environment that allows for complete relaxation. Incorporating all senses, from soothing sounds, low ambient lighting, scent and several areas for guests to lounge, rest, journal or seek community. To further enhance the experience, we thoughtfully curated and installed artwork from artist Dianne Best, who is also a cancer survivor.
